There are three main of benefits to the Nepalese people that come as a result of the introduction of the Allosperse technology into the agriculture sector. These benifits are:
Benefits to local women and children specifically relating to income, time and education
Increase in yield size and
Enviromental benefits

BENEFIT TO LOCAL WOMEN AND CHILDREN
In Nepal many tasks connected with food production are left to women ‘72.8% of economically active (age 10 and over) women are engaged in agricultural work compared to men's 60.2% (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations UN Complex, 2010). As a result of this, women prepare the fields to be planted and are left to weed the fields without the help of men.
With the introduction of the Allosperse technology, women would be able to save time and money. Women and children are able to save time and money as this technology reduces the amount of pesticides required, reducing pesticide costs.Often times young children are taken away from their schooling to assist with weeding tasks. This time is able to be saved as women do not have to manually removed weeds. The time saved could allow children to spend more time at school rather than tending to their family farms. This results in larger income for family farms and a reduction of manual labour required for women and children within families .

INCREASE IN YEILD SIZE
WIth the use of the Allosperse technology on crops using products like Azteroid it is clear to see that there are significant yield benefits as seen from the field trials taken place across 5 fields within the United States. After applying a starter fertilizer and Azteroid compared to just fertilizer there was a 18.3 BU/A increase seen. This yeild increase could be quite signifigant for a farmer within Nepal as this increase could be the difference between being able to feed your family and not.
The following is a 2015 yeild results for corn when left untreated vs when treated with only fertilizer and finally when treated with fertilizer and Azteriod. The following image taken from: http://www.vivecrop.com/azteroid/
ENVIROMENTAL BENEFITS

Environmentally the Allosperese technology can be very beneficial if introduced into Nepal. With the introduction of Allosperse to Nepal you would be able to begin to combat climate change through the reduction of pesticide use.
There is a decrease in pesticide runoff as farmers are able to use less pesticdes while still receiving the same beneficial effects. This helps save water sources, decreases algae growth and improves the water environment.
